The first product
offered by HiCLAS1 is AERMOD-HPCS. This is a performance enhanced version of
the U.S. EPA’s AERMOD and it is designed to deliver results faster on
commodity computer platforms with a single processor core. For details on performance

performance comparisons with the U.S. EPA's distribution, and Windows™
with Linux™ see the figures below.

The second product
offered is the HiCLAS1 Task Manager (HCTM).
This is a utility intended for use on multi-core systems as a parallel
task-farming work scheduler for either serial or parallel threaded model
code. It was designed to enable concurrent executions of either AERMOD-HPCS,
or the U.S. EPA's version of AERMOD. However, HCTM works for any model that executes on you computer to
automatically:

| execute them
concurrently on multiple cores, and |
| generate run logs to
show progress, |
